Business Strategy
Having a robust, concise business plan that you review monthly and revise annually is a tried and true way to achieve your business goals. I can help you clarify where you are at and where you want to go. In person or online we work together as I gather all the information about your business and we co-create your business plan for the upcoming year. With targeted KPIs and detailed tasks to achieve them, your day to day decision making becomes more streamlined and your nervous system will be at ease. We can then work together monthly or bi-weekly (see Ongoing Support below) to ensure accountability and KPI tracking.

Supportive Bookkeeping
My bookkeeping service is so much more than just data entry. Anyone can do data entry but I want to learn about your business and what your numbers mean so I can support you in your cash flow projections and budgeting in our monthly support calls (included with bookkeeping service). I offer ongoing transaction entry and management, monthly reconciliations and ongoing full cycle bookkeeping tasks based on your unique needs. Your records will be up to date every month and your financial statements will be accurate on an ongoing basis. Tax filing and ongoing installment planning is key to feeling on top of it all so we can execute this or assist you in making sure systems are in place to keep this part of your business running smoothly.

Ongoing Support
After we have worked together to create your business plan we meet on an ongoing basis for a planning and support session where we review your goals, check in on your money and plan for the upcoming month. Fostering accountability to complete tasks, focusing your energy and cheering you on is the key in these sessions. I recommend reviewing your business plan monthly, revamping quarterly and overhauling yearly. Most of my clients want to have one big meeting at the top of the month and a shorter check in mid-month to keep them on task. If you add this to the strategy and bookkeeping above we will have you feeling calm and confident in no time!
